We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion. 

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects, including roads, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and progress reviews.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical documents.
• Resolve issues and conflicts on-site effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of relevant civil construction project management experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws, codes, and safety regulations.
