Key Responsibilities:
Attract new clients;
Conduct negotiations and meetings (including phone calls) with key decision-makers;
Manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to documentation.
Process incoming leads and make cold/warm calls;
Work with a CRM system and maintain the customer base;
Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has at least 3 years of experience in sales, including work experience in Dubai;
Possesses strong sales skills: needs identification, handling objections, negotiation, and closing deals;
Has excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone voice, and is self-confident;
Is proactive, persistent (but not pushy), quick to learn, and adaptable;
Is proficient with PC (MS Office) and can learn new software quickly.
Has a driver's license (your own car as an advantage)
Will be an advantage:
Previous experience in the transport services, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.

Stable salary (fix+KPI based on your results)
Work schedule: 6 days a week from 09:00 to 18:00.
Candidates without sales experience or without work experience in Dubai will not be considered.
