Product Owner (E-commerce)

Guildhall is proud to be assisting a renowned luxury retail and lifestyle brand with their search for a Product Owner – E-commerce. This is an exciting opportunity to join the brand at a defining stage of its global transformation. With 200+ new products being introduced and a bold vision to expand digitally, this role will be central in shaping the brand’s e-commerce growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring that the online experience reflects the same quality and excellence as the brand’s luxury heritage. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development, growth, and optimization of the e-commerce platform • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid ads • Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels tailored for luxury buyers • Drive conversion optimization through A/B testing and data insights • Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature prioritization • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities • Oversee budgets with a focus on ROI and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premium online experiences

Requirements • 3–5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, product ownership, or digital product management • Background in luxury retail, European, or premium brands • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid acquisition • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Analytics, etc.) • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to make data-driven decisions • Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and customer journey mapping • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
