Responsibilities: - Greet and assist prospective and existing members with membership inquiries and sales. - Conduct tours of the gym facilities and explain membership options and benefits. - Process new member registrations, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately. - Maintain accurate membership records and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member questions or concerns promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership campaigns and special offers. - Support the management team with administrative tasks related to membership services. - Ensure compliance with gym policies and maintain a welcoming environment for all members.
