Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) modules, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and business requirements.
Primary Skills
ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, H&S
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
Secondary Skills
JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API)
Key Responsibilities
Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments)
Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications
Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, and Service Portal
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
