Supports riggers in lifting and moving heavy equipment, especially in confined or complex environments like shipyards or construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in setting up rigging gear (chain falls, hoists, block and tackle).
• Knowledge of cage preparation and fixing during Piling operations
• Pull or slack rigging lines based on hand signals from the rigger.
• Maintain and issue rigging equipment from the rigging loft.
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by the rigger or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
• Knowledge of Pile cage preparation and fixation
• 2 years experience working in Piling Works
• Basic understanding of rigging tools and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and hand signals.
• Willingness to work in outdoor and remote areas
