Description
* Drive new business development across UAE (primary) and GCC (Oman, KSA, etc.)
* Promote warehouse automation solutions tailored to client needs
* Build relationships in target industries: food, logistics, manufacturing, cold chain, pharmaceuticals etc.
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline
* Coordinate with HQ and third-party partners for solution delivery and support
* Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

A successful Business Development Manager should have:
* Proven track record selling warehouse automation systems, including pallet handling, shuttle systems, conveyors, or WMS/WCS software
* Deep understanding of client needs in food & beverage, cold chain, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environments
* Comfortable discussing technical aspects of automation solutions with operations and engineering teams
* Self-starter with the drive to build market presence from the ground up in a new region
* Skilled in consultative selling, relationship development, and closing complex B2B deals
* Arabic language is a plus but not required
