This role leads market entry and sales for a global warehouse automation provider in the UAE and GCC. The Business Development Manager will build client relationships, drive new projects, and shape regional growth from the ground up. A successful Business Development Manager should have: * Proven track record selling warehouse automation systems, including pallet handling, shuttle systems, conveyors, or WMS/WCS software * Deep understanding of client needs in food & beverage, cold chain, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environments * Comfortable discussing technical aspects of automation solutions with operations and engineering teams * Self-starter with the drive to build market presence from the ground up in a new region * Skilled in consultative selling, relationship development, and closing complex B2B deals * Arabic language is a plus but not required
