We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business network, managing client interactions, and supporting the overall business development operations.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, partnership development, and strategic growth initiatives while working in a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in communication, can confidently represent the company in meetings, and maintains a high degree of professionalism in every interaction.
You should be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, conducting market research, and assisting the BD team in turning leads into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, manage, and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and virtual appointments with clients and potential partners.
- Handle professional email correspondence with clients, ensuring timely, polished, and effective communication.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM records, and tracking systems to monitor progress and business pipelines.
- Attend business meetings and represent the BD team in discussions or ventures related to partnerships and business expansion.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, new market opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Assist in drafting well-structured business proposals, compelling presentations, and progress reports for management and clients.
- Support the BD team in planning and executing growth strategies, outreach initiatives, and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all client-facing operations.
- Track key performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly summaries for review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales coordination, or client management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional tone.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and email communication tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful professional relationships.
