The Role We’re looking for a Mid-Level AI Specialist who can design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in developing automation workflows, integrating LLMs, and aligning with our frontend, backend, design, and marketing teams to create seamless, intelligent experiences.

What You’ll Do

● Build and deploy agentic AI systems and automation workflows

● Work on data preprocessing, model training, and knowledge extraction

● Fine-tune and integrate LLMs for task-specific workflows

● Design and implement auto-workflow architectures that connect with internal tools and APIs

● Collaborate with frontend, backend, and design teams to bring AI-driven products to life

● Continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and system performance

● Stay ahead with the latest in AI frameworks, automation tools, and LLM developments

Skills

What We’re Looking For

● 2–4 years of experience in AI, ML, or data-driven software development

● Strong proficiency in Python and AI libraries (LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)

● Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying models

● Hands-on knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering

● Familiarity with API integrations and automation frameworks

● Ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams

● Bonus: experience in RAG pipelines, vector databases, or agent frameworks
