Overview of the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing gross margins, and promoting Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards throughout the customer journey.


What you will do

•  Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales process

•  Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability

•  Meet monthly F&I product sales targets

•  Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction opportunities

•  Achieve set targets for trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales

•  Manage leads to increase sales revenue, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries

•  Capture customer data accurately to enable efficient follow-up and referencing

•  Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through sales meetings and training session


Skills

Required skills to be successful

•  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

•  At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry

•  Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

•  Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer choice


About the team

You will be part of a collaborative team that interacts directly with Branch Managers, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. The team is dedicated to meeting sales and F&I targets while ensuring each customer receives comprehensive and satisfying sales experience
