Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including project and key account managers.
- Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and report key metrics to top management.

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic & European Nationalities, 50 years old and below
- At least 8 years of sales leadership experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction, materials, or design industry..
- Must have a strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
