A reputable company in Jumeirah, Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong retail background, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and store layout standards.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver top-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Skills

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Salary Package:

AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives and company benefits
