Maple Leaf Properties is one of Abu Dhabi’s growing and dynamic real estate firms. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our professional team. Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• ADM Broker license/real estate certification is an advantage.

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients.
• Conduct property viewings and manage client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close property deals professionally and ethically.
• Keep up to date with Abu Dhabi real estate laws, trends, and listings.
