Location: Ras Al Khaimah – Meerana Patisserie (Home-Based Dessert Business)
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Cake Decorator / Pastry Chef to join our small, creative team at Meerana Patisserie!
The role involves decorating, frosting, and assisting in baking tasks in a clean, friendly, and home-style kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Decorate and frost cakes (mainly cream-based designs).
- Prepare fillings, toppings, and assist with baking.
- Follow cake designs and instructions carefully to ensure consistent quality.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
- Must have experience in cake decorating (home or professional).
- Able to share photos of previous decorated cakes.
- Clean, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Setup & Hours
This is a live-in position under a Domestic Worker Visa, as the business is home-based.
You’ll be staying at my home full-time, in accommodation provided beside the kitchen.
- Work Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rest of the day is free).
- Sunday: Half-day (mainly for preparation, packaging, and organizing).
- Monday: Full day off.
- Occasionally, employees may go out once a month for personal errands (e.g., supermarket or mall).
Benefits
- Accommodation and meals included.
- Visa covered (Domestic Worker / Housemaid type).
- Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,999, depending on experience and skill.
- Salary can increase based on performance and quality of work.
