ZAV Building Maintenance LLC is looking for hardworking and reliable Building Cleaners to join our cleaning team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have experience in general cleaning and maintenance of buildings, offices, and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of buildings, offices, corridors, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors and surfaces.
- Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and waste materials properly.
- Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety and hygiene procedures.
Skills
Previous experience as a cleaner or janitor (preferred).
Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Good attitude, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
