Skills
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire corporate clients.
- Promote Lexoro Solutions’ services to potential clients through direct meetings, calls, and networking.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with the creative and technical teams for website content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in business events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to improve services and offerings.
