We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we have the right people in the right positions to drive our company’s success. This role requires a keen understanding of the job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  7. Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance our hiring processes.
  10. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company’s image as an employer of choice.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes.
  6. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.
  7. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and make informed hiring decisions.
  8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
