A highly trusted maintenance service provider, based in Dubai servicing residential and commercial properties across UAE.

Job Description:
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for fit-out.
- Review design drawings and convert concepts or sketches into detailed AutoCAD layouts.
- Ensure all drawings meet local authority regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies on drawings
Qualifications:
- Male, Asian nationals, aged 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or at least Diploma in Civil
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UAE in Fit out or Food and Beverage Construction Industry
