The Shuttering Carpenter will be responsible for accurately reading plans, measuring, cutting, and assembling temporary formwork (shuttering) for various concrete structures (columns, beams, slabs), ensuring proper stability and alignment before concrete pouring, and safely dismantling the forms afterward.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret drawings and construction plans for formwork and shuttering.
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork for concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and support before concrete pouring.
• Dismantle formwork safely after concrete sets.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and working area in good condition.
• Follow safety standards and site regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with steel fixers and masons for smooth workflow.
• Report material shortages or damages to the Site Supervisor.
