This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant and Audit Assistant. The Accountant and Audit Assistant will Assist in journal entry preparation and posting, Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports, maintain up-to-date accounting records, assist in tax preparation and filing, Provide support during audits and compliance with applicable standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 1 year and above experience in accounting or auditing
Skills
- basic to moderate understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and understanding of accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
