Zenon Group is an international company seeking a creative, professional, and multi-skilled Marketing Manager to lead and manage all marketing, advertising, and branding activities across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be able to work across multiple business domains — including technology, energy, and concept restaurants — and manage the entire marketing process independently, from strategy and design to full campaign execution.
Skills
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Zenon Group’s various brands
- Plan and manage online and offline advertising campaigns
- Design, manage, and update company websites and their content
- Create logos, visual identities, and comprehensive brand books for each brand
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Organize and lead professional marketing meetings with internal teams and contractors
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance and ROI reports
- Generate creative ideas for advertising, events, and brand collaborations
- 3–5 years of proven professional experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with WordPress or Wix website design and management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of brand book development and brand identity design
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills
- Strong English writing and content creation skills (knowledge of Persian is an advantage)
- Highly creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
