• A highly skilled BIM Modeler Draftsman specializing in waterproofing systems to join our design and construction team.
• The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed BIM models and technical drawings for waterproofing-related projects, ensuring

compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for waterproofing systems throughout the project lifecycle using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM

software.

• Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and construction documents focused on waterproofing installations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate waterproofing components into overall building models.
• Ensure model accuracy, quality, and integrity by conducting regular model audits and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
• Assist in developing project-specific BIM standards and templates for waterproofing modelling.
• Participate in coordination meetings, providing technical support and expertise related to waterproofing systems.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design changes, revisions, and project progress.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum of 5-7 years) as a BIM Modeler / Draftsman preferably with expertise in waterproofing systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, construction methods, and best practices.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications related to waterproofing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in BIM modelling (preferred but not mandatory).
