This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), overseeing cost planning, conducting cost management, and generating cost reports. Additional responsibilities include ensuring effective cost control for construction projects, valuing completed work, and providing assistance in tender evaluations to support project delivery within budget.

- Strong understanding and experience in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Skills in Cost Planning and the ability to create and monitor Cost Reporting effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction project workflows and industry standards
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification or membership (e.g., RICS) is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
