About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a valid G+2 license approved by Dubai Municipality to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in structural design, site supervision, and project execution for G+2 residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise G+2 construction projects from planning to completion.

Prepare, review, and approve structural drawings and calculations in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other authorities for project approvals and inspections.

Provide technical support and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Skills

Requirements

Valid G+2 certification from Dubai Municipality (mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by UAE authorities).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
