We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Clerk to manage stock records and support warehouse/store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking of inventory, assist with stock audits, and maintain proper documentation.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
Conduct stock counting, audits, and report shortages or discrepancies.
Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials or products.
Label, organize, and arrange items properly in the storage area.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and store teams for stock movement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Monitor stock usage and alert management about low inventory levels.
Ensure all inventory data is recorded accurately in the system.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a warehouse/store environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
