About the Role
We are seeking driven, dynamic, and motivated Property Consultants / Investment Advisors to join our expanding team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, eager to grow, and ready to work in a fast-paced luxury property market, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company platforms, marketing channels, and personal networking.
- Conduct property viewings, consultations, and negotiations with clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, project launches, and pricing strategies.
- Present available properties with strong product knowledge and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Meet monthly targets and deliver exceptional client service at every stage.
Requirements
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred (but not mandatory for strong sales backgrounds).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and a passion for real estate.
- Valid UAE Driving License + own car is an advantage.
- Motivated, presentable, and target-oriented.
