As the Website Projects Manager, you will be the main link between clients, freelancers, and the founder. You’ll manage multiple website projects from start to finish — translating client needs into actionable tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day progress of all active website projects.
- Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks.
- Assign tasks and manage deliverables of remote freelancers.
- Communicate with clients through WhatsApp and email for updates and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines, milestones, and reports.
- Ensure quality control and conduct testing before delivery.
- Handle revision requests and coordinate post-launch support.
- Set up and manage simple project management tools.
- Hire and onboard new freelancers when workload expands.
- Report directly to the founder with weekly updates.
Skills
2 + years of experience in web project management, coordination, or team leadership in a digital agency.
Solid understanding of WordPress / Shopify, basic plugins, hosting, and CMS workflows.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.
Good English and fluent Arabic.
