Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast requirements.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate performance regularly.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve supply issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
Prepare procurement reports and track spending and savings.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of procurement software, cost analysis, and contract management.
Experience in F&B or hospitality procurement is an advantage.
