Job Overview:

We are seeking friendly and energetic Servers (Waitstaff) to be the welcoming face of our pop-up. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional, efficient, and attentive service from greeting to farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Experience:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Answer menu questions knowledgeably, make genuine recommendations, and accurately take food and drink orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly to the right guests.
• Proactively check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address any needs (refills, extra items), and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Teamwork & Coordination:

• Clearly and effectively communicate orders to the baristas and kitchen staff.
• Work collaboratively with other servers and staff to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.
• Support colleagues by assisting with their tables when needed.

Dining Area & Station Maintenance:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently after guests depart.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire dining area, including condiment stations.
• Ensure serving stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, cutlery, menus).
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Skills

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Server, Waiter in a café or restaurant is preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Skills: Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Physicality: Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Team Player: A cooperative spirit and willingness to support the team.
• Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the entire pop-up duration, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferebly men only servers.
