Job Description:
- Providing detailed information, services, and offers to all guests
- Ensuring accurate processing of registration, handling payments, reservations, and card loading smoothly and efficiently
- Ensuring opening and closing procedures are done as per the SOP of the company
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests and resolving issues professionally
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian & Tunisian nationals, 35 years old & below
- At least a high school graduate
- Strong customer service abilities, including accurate cash handling, counting money, making change, and processing transactions
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in fast-paced family entertainment environments such as mall arcades, theme parks, or similar venues
