Social Media Manager – BlueSky Studio

Salary: 6,000 AED

Experience Required: 1 year

BlueSky Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and support our growing digital community. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and is confident running ads on both Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Instagram and TikTok
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to improve campaign results
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platform changes
  • Interact with followers and support community engagement

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok ads (targeting, budgeting, analytics)
  • Creative mindset with strong content creation skills
  • Good communication and time-management abilities
