Social Media Manager – BlueSky Studio

BlueSky Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and support our growing digital community. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management and is confident running ads on both Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Instagram and TikTok
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to improve campaign results
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platform changes
- Interact with followers and support community engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok ads (targeting, budgeting, analytics)
- Creative mindset with strong content creation skills
- Good communication and time-management abilities
