Call Center Sales Operator – Interior Design & Renovation (Dubai)

Orgament – full-cycle interior design and renovation company in Dubai. We create turnkey projects from concept to completion. Currently working on 20+ projects including apartments, villas, offices, and showrooms.

If you speak confident English and have experience in telephone sales, we are looking for you!

What we offer:

• Transparent motivation system: base salary + KPI-based bonuses

• Work with clients based in Dubai
• Warm leads only, no cold calling
• Work schedule: 5/2, from 9am to 7pm
• Work visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• The main task: selling interior design and renovation services in Dubai to inbound (warm) leads
• Processing leads, qualifying inquiries, and scheduling meetings with clients

Skills

Requirements:

• Personal computer/laptop and headset
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a call center (mandatory)
• Confident spoken and written English
• Experience in the renovation or construction industry is a strong advantage
