- Develop and expand Metatron’s presence across industrial, petrochemical, and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations for lubricants, greases, and specialty fluids.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client training sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial lubricants, petrochemicals, or mechanical equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of lubrication systems and industrial maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving license; willingness to travel within the GCC.
