As a Setter, you are the first point of contact for companies interested in robotic solutions – and ready to invest.
Your role: You qualify leads, schedule appointments for our Closers, and manage the entire initial contact.
Clear structure, clear goals, clear lines.
Your responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads immediately (phone, WhatsApp, email).
- Run outbound campaigns when needed.
- Qualify leads using defined questions.
- Schedule confirmed appointments for our Closers.
- Consistently follow up.
- Accurately document all CRM activities.
What to expect:
- Strong team, clear KPIs, and defined career paths (Setter → Senior Setter → Closer).

- Fixed salary: 4,500 to 6,000 AED per month (depending on profile).
- Performance component: bonus for each scheduled and attended, qualified appointment + monthly bonus for KPI achievement.

- Fluent, excellent English (mandatory).
- Clear pronunciation and confident phone presence.
- Experience in high-performance sales or call centers (advantage).

- Dubai mindset: fast, reliable, solution-oriented.
- Nice-to-have: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, or Russian.
- Experience in appointment setting or tech sales.
