Are you a tech-savvy graduate in the UAE looking for more than just a "support" role? We are looking for a Business IT & Cybersecurity Intern who wants to bridge the gap between business software operations and security architecture.

This is not a coffee-run internship. You will be trained on live environments, work directly with senior analysts, and have a clear roadmap to convert this internship into a full-time Analyst position within 90 days based on performance.

What You Will Actually Do (The Role)

You will split your time between optimizing our business software ecosystem and securing it.

1. Business IT & Software Operations (50%)

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the link between technical teams and business units. Translate "business problems" into "technical solutions."
• Software Optimization: Assist in managing core business applications (ERP, CRM, or Cloud tools), ensuring uptime and user efficiency.
• Data & Automation: Learn to script simple automations (Python/PowerShell) to replace manual business tasks and generate actionable IT reports for management.

2. Cybersecurity & Defense (50%)

• Threat Hunting: Monitor live dashboards for suspicious activity using industry-standard tools (SIEM, EDR).
• Incident Response: Shadow the security team during live incidents to understand containment and remediation strategies.
• Vulnerability Management: Assist in running vulnerability scans and patching systems before attackers can exploit them.
• User Awareness: Help design and launch "Phishing Simulation" campaigns to train staff on security best practices.

Who We Are Looking For

We don't expect you to know everything, but we expect you to be obsessed with learning it.

• Education: Recent Graduate or Final Year Student (Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration with a Tech focus).
• Location: Currently based in the UAE.
• Tech Foundation: Basic understanding of OS (Windows/Linux), CRM, Networking (IPs, DNS), and Cloud concepts (Azure/AWS).
• Soft Skills: You can explain a technical error to a non-technical manager without confusing them.
• The "Analyst Mindset": You love solving puzzles and asking "Why did this break?" rather than just restarting the computer.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

• Experience with Python scripting or SQL.
• Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or UAE NESA.
• Exposure to any of the Digital Automation tools
• Any entry-level certs (Google Cybersecurity, Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals).
