We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations. The Operations Manager will ensure high-quality guest experiences, optimize occupancy and revenue, manage property maintenance, and coordinate all operational staff. This role bridges operations, finance, maintenance, and customer service for smooth business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all rental properties.
Ensure properties are guest-ready, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and admin teams.
Recruit, train, and manage operational staff (housekeeping, maintenance, drivers, admin).
Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
Maintain clear communication across departments.
Financial & Budget Oversight
Monitor rental income, operational expenses, and property-related costs.
Assist finance team with reporting, invoicing, and budgeting.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Guest Services & Satisfaction
Monitor guest feedback, complaints, and service quality.
Implement strategies to improve tenant/guest experience.
Ensure timely response to bookings, maintenance requests, and inquiries.
Property Maintenance & Quality Control
Schedule regular property inspections and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, cleaning, and emergency services.
Ensure all health, safety, and legal compliance standards are met.
Prepare operational performance reports for management.
Recommend process improvements, workflow enhancements, and cost optimizations.
Assist in expansion planning or new property onboarding.
