Overview Of The Role
As a CRMQ Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our customer data accurate, supporting CRM processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between business units. You will work closely with CRM Executives, Quality Analysts, and internal teams to deliver great customer experience and efficient service.
???? What You Will Do
• Maintain and update customer records and CRM data
• Consolidate customer relationship information (complaints, visits, analytics, communication logs)
• Follow up on CRM enquiries and ensure timely updates
• Support quality functions with reports, documentation, and tracking
• Assist with supplier registration and customer enquiries
• Prepare training documents, presentations, and process guidelines
• Admin support for Cargowise and other operational systems
Skills
Who We’re Looking For
UAE Nationals with:
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related fields preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in data management, logistics, or operations.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
