Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our state-of-the-art clinic in Silicon Oasis, Dubai. If you are a Registered Nurse with proven leadership in clinical settings, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role
As an Experienced Charge Nurse, you will:
- Lead and coordinate a team of 8–15 nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinic operations.
- Oversee daily clinical activities, delegate assignments, and provide mentorship to nursing staff.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Act as a key liaison among multidisciplinary teams, supporting seamless patient journeys.
- Uphold infection control, medication safety, and confidentiality protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement, staff development, and implementation of best practices.

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory).
- BLS Certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS Certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and comfort with digital health systems.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 5 years as a practicing Registered Nurse in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Charge Nurse or in a nursing leadership role, preferably within the UAE.
- Experience in nursing scheduling, delegation, and team leadership.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Acute/chronic disease management (respiratory, cardiac, diabetes).
- Clinical skills: ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunizations, IV drug administration, venepuncture, cannulation, and emergency care.
- Strong documentation, KPI data collection, and care planning abilities.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making, operational thinking, and conflict management abilities.
