Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with at least 3 years of experience in IT, focusing on sales management, account management, and customer retention. The CSM will ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounts post-sales.
  • Drive adoption, onboarding, and usage of products and services.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Provide regular account reviews, reporting, and customer health analysis.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when needed.


Skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT customer success, sales management, or account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in upselling and account growth.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and manage expectations effectively.
