JOB DESCRIPTION / Role Responsibilities:
The Administrative, Purchasing & Events Organizer plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly—from daily administrative support and efficient procurement management to planning and hosting events of all kinds, including children’s birthday celebrations.
Administrative:
- Manage office administration including correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Maintain supplies and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Support management in daily operational tasks and reporting
Purchasing and Procurement:
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and requisitions.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
- Track deliveries, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
Events Organizer:
- Can organize and executing birthday events (we’re looking for someone who’s fun, friendly, and great at connecting with kids).
- Prepare event materials, documentation, and post-event reports.
