Job Description:
Plan & execute campaigns across Google, Meta, portals, and other channels, aligning with inventory priorities and target audiences.
Optimize performance through A/B testing, funnel refinement, audience building, retargeting, and continuous CPL/lead-quality improvement.
Lead creative direction for ads, videos, copy, and landing pages while coordinating with designers and content teams.
Report & coordinate by analyzing campaign results, ensuring smooth CRM lead flow, staying updated on platform trends.

About the Client:
A licensed full-service brokerage in Dubai, specializing in property sales, rentals, and investments.
Qualifications:
40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with solid experience in real estate brokerage.
Minimum 3–5 years in performance marketing (preferably real estate) with strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, attribution, CRM workflows, and the ability to analyze dashboards, assess lead quality, and optimize campaigns.
Skilled in directing performance-focused creatives, crafting tailored messaging per audience/property type, and collaborating effectively with sales and leadership teams while managing priorities and communicating clearly.
