Job Description: Cook at a Container Kitchen (Food Kiosk)

Position Overview:
A Cook at a Container Kitchen is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling food items according to the brand’s standards. This role involves working in a compact kitchen environment, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, and delivering consistent quality to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Operate cooking equipment such as grill, fryer, steamer, and hot plates.
• Assemble dishes quickly and accurately during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of the container kitchen, including work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP compliance).
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food ingredients.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Provide basic customer interaction if required (handing over orders, answering simple questions).


Work Environment:
This position operates inside a container kitchen, which is a compact, fully equipped space designed for street food or kiosk-style service. The cook must be comfortable working in a limited space and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
