The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Executive Search
- Develop and manage relationships with HR managers, founders, CEOs, and hiring teams.
- Promote Velare’s recruitment services (contingency, retainer, placement fees).
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Present candidates and manage interview follow-ups.
2. Business Setup & Corporate Services
- Promote company formation solutions (free zones, DED mainland).
- Explain trade license types, activities, and requirements.
- Sell PRO services such as visa processing, EID, medicals, renewals, and cancellations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for business setup and corporate services.
3. Project-Based Support / Administrative Services
- Promote ad-hoc support services (concierge, admin, project coordination).
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between recruitment and corporate services clients.
- Build custom service packages based on client needs.
Daily Tasks
- Generate new leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and referrals.
- Manage a sales pipeline and update CRM/trackers.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings in-person or online.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong after-sales support to ensure repeat business.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in the UAE.
- Experience in at least two of the following:
- Recruitment / executive search
- Business setup consultancy
- PRO/corporate services
- Strong understanding of UAE licensing (DED, free zones).
- Good knowledge of visa processes, company setup steps, and regulatory basics.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic or French is an advantage).
- Confident in preparing proposals and closing deals.
- Strong LinkedIn and digital outreach capability.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple clients at once.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but practical experience is more important
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: AED 4,000–6,000 depending on experience
