Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established medical center in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, fractures, and injuries
• Perform orthopedic surgeries and non-surgical treatments
• Conduct consultations and provide comprehensive follow-up care
• Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure high standards of care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation

Requirements

• Gender: Male
• Experience: Must have relevant experience in Dubai with solid insurance processing knowledge
• Language Skills:Hindi speaking with strong communication skills
• Professional attitude, commitment to patient care, and strong clinical judgment

Work Conditions

• Duty: Full-Time (Split or Straight duty as needed)
• Patient Load: 35–40 patients per day
• Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day weekly off

Salary & Benefits

• AED 20,000 fixed + incentives
• OR
• 30% Revenue Share (whichever is higher)
• Expected take-home: AED 30,000–35,000 in the first month, with potential to increase based on performance
