We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager; The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and have a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and maintain engagement.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Management experience with technical background.
- Must have experience with LMS platforms; knowledge of Moodle or Totara would be a big advantage.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
