  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.

About the Client:

A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences


Qualifications:  

  • Open to bilingual speakers, preferably in English-Arabic languages
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or any relevant field
  • At least 5–8 years relevant experience in the interior fit-out / joinery / turnkey renovation (UAE preferred) industry
  • Proficient CRM systems tools, presentation tools, and basic estimating/tender coordination & Proven track record closing B2C/B2B projects
