Technical
- Create and edit professional visuals, graphics, and layouts for presentation to the management and clients.
- Convert sketches into 2D drawings using appropriate software such as CorelDraw.
- Prepare 2D models or renderings for client approvals or production references.
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications and workshop capabilities.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from designers, managers or the clients.
- Maintain a library of design templates and technical files for future projects.
Administrative
- Organize and monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Attend meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.
- Handle all project-related paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, costs, and production schedules.
Perform other tasks that may be required by the management when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Prior experience as a 2D modeler, draftsman or design engineer/architect
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW or Adobe Photoshop for graphic design tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
