Connexa Recruitment are working in partnership with an award-winning International Architectural Design practice who are looking for an Senior Site Interior Design Architect on a prestigious residential project on site in Dubai.Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Site Interior Design Architect to lead and oversee the execution of high-end interior design projects on-site. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and extensive field experience to ensure the delivery of interiors that meet both aesthetic standards and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between the design studio and construction teams, ensuring fidelity to design intent, quality, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Lead the on-site implementation of interior architectural designs from concept through to completion. Coordinate closely with design teams, project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to execute interior fit-outs. Review and interpret interior design drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings; provide clarification and modifications as needed. Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent is executed accurately and to the highest standards. Identify and resolve issues arising during construction, proactively addressing conflicts between design and on-site conditions. Review material samples, finishes, mock-ups, and joinery works to ensure compliance with specifications. Ensure all interior design elements align with project budget, schedule, and client expectations. Mentor and guide junior designers and site architects. Liaise with clients on-site as required, ensuring satisfaction with the design process and final delivery. Maintain documentation of site changes, approvals, and inspections.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 4+ years in a senior, site-focused interior architect role. Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end finishes. Strong technical knowledge of interior construction, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software (e.g., Sketch Up, Adobe Suite). Excellent understanding of local building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with contract administration and site supervision protocols. Multilingual capabilities, especially if working in a diverse or international environment.
