The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio and representing our premium real estate projects in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities Drive sales for off-plan and ready properties across the company’s portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct property presentations, site tours, and investment consultations. Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and events. Understand clients’ investment needs and propose suitable property solutions. Maintain updated knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, project launches, and competitive offerings. Manage CRM entries, track leads, and prepare regular sales reports. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Requirements Proven experience (3–8 years) in real estate sales within Dubai/UAE developers. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems and digital lead-generation platforms. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Farsi, French, Chinese, etc.) are a plus. Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
