Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangements.
Handle cash/card transactions accurately at the counter.
Manage inventory, restock shelves, and report low stock.
Build positive customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated on product details, promotions, and offers.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sales Lady or in retail is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
